Added new SH404sef handling to resolve issues with missing item ids and resulting loosing modules on page loads - For users of SEF / SH404Sef notice the info on install.

Added new WYSIWYG info field value for redFORM to allow for dynamic field info to be added inside forms.

Added new info field per event xref - new info field allows for individual information to be shown per individual ocurrence per event. Also introduces the tag [info] to show it - Put the tag into the event details and it will show the individual info per ocurrence. Notice on creation of a new date/time/venue you only have a text area and need to save before it becomes a WYSIWYG field.

Additionally the code for multiple categories and venue categories was updated and serveral fixes including one for the catsid bug was implemented.
