Hi, I'm having some issues when trying to upgrade my joomla to 2.5

I tried to contact some moderators by email but no anwer... the error message is this:

Internal server error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

etc, but I did all correctly I think.

Internal server error means that the script times out, runs out of memory or encounters other fatal errors. This errors are all logged in the server error log. Have a look at this file or ask you hoster if he can look for it. The error message will tell why it failed, without it, it's almost impossible to guess the problem.
