When I upgrade I get 1.6 in
www.brfordonnansen.se/jupgrade/administrator/index.php
When I click on go to site the path gets
www.brfordonnansen.se/jupgrade/
and receives an error page
The 1.5.22 is still in
www.brfordonnansen.se/administrator/index.php
Is there still a 1.5.22 version?
If there is still a 1.5.22 could one delete this and only have 1.6?
I want to go to the administrator login with www.brfordonnansen.se/administrator/index.php
How do I do this?

Your migration did obviously not succeed - please read some threads here why this is so.

Until you are 100% sure the upgrade was flawless, you should not delete your 1.5.22 joomla.
After it would upgrade perfectly, you would just create a rootfolder with the name joomla1.5, move all the items but Jupgrade folder in that new directory, then move all the items in the jupgrade folder into the root folder and change confoguration file so that the website would be accessible here: www.brfordonnansen.se
