Got the competition going, then there is a new way to integrate the form and now it is not working. The submitters are recorded in the form and not in the competition. This is really annoying. Where is the documentation or user guide?
I like the component, I don't mind paying for it, but I don't like it is changing all the time and having constant problems.
I uninstalled everything and reinstalled the latest version, same problem.
If I now have to go into the database and delete tables and reinstall everything again and rebuild my competition....

redCOMPETITION was structurually altered to fit with redFORM to allow all the functionality of redFORM to be available for redCOMPETITION.

There is a small annoyance in the shift in this change but it has huge benefits in the long wrong and means that you can do sooo much more in the long run with the component as all the future expansions on redFORM will benefit redCOMPETITION.

So even as it may be a bit annoying now i hope you realise a big structural change as this has some sideeffects.

Ok, my fellow dane. What do I do now?
Should I delete all tables in the database, deinstall and reinstall?
How will I stop users ending up as submitters and become contestants instead?
My site is live and the competition has gone our to 20,000 danes!

UPDATE
I have now deleted the tables in the data base
Re-installed latest versions of competition and form.
Made a simple form: name and email.
Made simple question and answers.

Layout problem: one extra box appears
And I get error message when trying to enter the competition:
Der opstod desværre en fejl med din formularudfyldning

I am getting rather fed up. I would like you to have a look at this please.

UPDATE 2
The extra text box is where the bigocaptcha graphic should have been above. I unticked the bigocapcha and now it is now working correctly.

You need to install the bigo plugin if you would like to use it.

Else dont leave it on for the form.

The users will not get into the competition - all users are as such in redFORM - but thier answers is in redCOMPETITION.

If you have a feature request for some new form of export or some other function to accomodate some specials needs to post it in the feature request forum and we will look on it - but the basic structures of how redFORM and redEVENT work together now will not change.

The new versions are great. All is working well now.

Suggestion: Add a tooltip to the selection box for bigocatcha: Install the plugin first (download it from joomla.org)

or something to that effect. I thought it was part of the redForm.
