i face a problem where the forms fields do not appear.

I will break it down:

1) In the backend- in the ‘Submission types’ i ticked the webform field and there i inserted the [redform] tag. In the event’s page I put a [venues] tag.

2) In the frontend – when a user clicks on the registration (webform), a new page loads which only shows the form’s name and “add signup” link (but no fields beneath or between). If a user clicks on ‘add signup’ it shows the fields for a second and then jumps to a new page with a message: “The registration is not available for this event”


-I enabled the registration
- I tried with/out “Create Joomla User”.
-Maximum sign-ups: 15
-I also clicked yes on the Show submit and print button tickbox
- i enabled activation
- I Selected fields to show in registered users list- yes

thank you julien for the quick reply. the website is offline- i can't.

i believe there is some kind of issue with the javascript, that could be due to a conflict of jqueries library. Can you try to use the default joomla template, and if in doubt, disable extra modules that could use jquery javascript ?
if this doesn't work, can you try with registration set to 1 instead of 15 ?

i changed it to 1 delegate and it works. BUT instead of "textarea" fields i got radio buttons.

Is it related or shall i post a new post?
