I started a new form on my other website. I am able to see the form, but when I hit submit I get these errors:

JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
Cannot create folder /redform_1
The folder does not exist

Can you please explain? Am I going to have to redo this entire form again (It took me a while to set up all the fields and values - I hope I dont have to go over it again!!)

Hi Elaine,

It sounds to be like your file upload config is set to a folder outside of your public html folder.

Notice that your webhost is running open_basedir which is highly limiting on the functionality for a Joomla website and i would highly suggest moving to a host that does not have open_basedir.

I have a new form, and 2 field with upload files. After submiting I get this error

I double checked me tmp path. Do I have to change something to your files? Seems that the only problem is that it doesn't upload the files to the tmp folder.
