Our knowledge to be shared with the joomla world
Here at the redCOMPONENT.com team we are blessed by being surrounded by web talents covering all possible areas of expertise in our line of business. We all appreciate this, because it is always possible to ask someone who just know a solution to your question.
We wont keep it to ourselves though. As a large scale joomla solution provider, consultancy business and extension creator, we live in symbiosis with joomla, its community and we try our best to give our share to keep the ecosystem healthy.
Therefore we decided to start sharing more of our knowledge. So this means: Welcome to our new blog!
We have a lot to share!
From here we plan to blog regularly about topics of interest for the joomla community.
The topics will touch all areas of joomla web development from programming, web design, localisation, migration, vision and ideas in a broader aspect.
Our team consist of people from all around the planet, and are used to a modern type of online collaboration, be that when they are at work, or when they are contributing to joomla in the spare time. Basically we are living joomla, and not only making a living from it.
In the coming months you will meet most of the team here at the blog, and you will see that the redTEAM has more personality than the red monsters we put in the header here :)
Roberto, Julien, Florian, Javier and more will share some of their deeper thought on programming and web architecture, and possible give an insight in their favourite tools to perform the jobs.
Our frontenders like Bo and Jerri will give you and insight in the challenges and procedures of building a site, and Jerri could give you some closer details of how the Joomla World Conference site was being built.
Our backenders like Gunjan, Sune and Bojan will be asked to give you some good examples for how joomla programming is being done.
TJ, Javier, Matias and Ole will bring you stories around the various types of managing releases, support, products, documentation and some deeper thought on migration and joomla.
We have many minds to share, so our marketing, sales and SEO people are likely to stop by to share a good story too.
Last, but not least, our chief in command, Ronni just have to write some good stories of his view on joomla future.
Do you have any special request for a story you would like to hear from our team? Comment, and we will listen. Thanks!
